Tulisa Contostavlos wore hers on the UK Xfactor and paired it with some electric blue heels. Cat Deeley took it to another level and wore it to a red (or blue?) carpet event and looked jaw-dropping in silver strappy heels. These ladies certainly pulled off both looks, but who wore it best?
